Karin Edgett is a visionary artist and nutritional cook. She works across many mediums following where her consciousness guides her. Food has been an enormous part of her personal wellness and she attributes her connections and wisdom she uses to create her art in part to the food she chooses to eat. She has many recipes posted in her blog on her website that are both healthy and tasty.
She has just created a new recipe book called Garlic Lover Dressings, a collection of seasonal dressings with activated garlic that are flavorful and packed with nutrition.
Garlic Lovers Dressings feature tasty recipes using activated garlic and seasonal ingredients. Activated Garlic works as an antibiotic and has been shown in some studies to be even better than pharmaceutical antibiotics in part because it does not destroy your natural microbiome to do its job. This book teaches you how to activate the allicin or antibiotic nature of garlic and use it as a dressing for salads, sides, veggies, dips, meats, and marinades. These nutrient dense dressings are full of antioxidants, enzymes, probiotics, and antibiotics and change the way you use dressings forever. The edition is perfect for Autumn, and Winter using ingredients like pomegranate, mandarin oranges, shallots, chestnuts, and pears.
Seasonal dressing recipes using activated garlic as a way to get healthy antibiotics and other health-promoting benefits into your microbiome daily! These recipes use seasonal ingredients and are also full of flavor, enzymes, probiotics, and powerful antioxidants.

This interview with a firecracker of a person is remarkable and filled with tons of wisdom focused on dealing with a cancer diagnosis. Even her hair is red.
Deb Krier is an entrepreneur, cancer advocate, and the visionary behind tryingnottodie.LIVE. With a background in communications, marketing, and public relations, I've navigated diverse roles, from spearheading communication strategies for large corporations to nonprofit organizations including the American Cancer Society to founding my own marketing agency. My journey took a profound turn when I faced Stage 4 triple positive breast cancer in 2015, followed by a thyroid cancer diagnosis in 2023.
In response to these life-altering challenges, I founded tryingnottodie.LIVE in 2022, a groundbreaking initiative devoted to empowering individuals navigating the labyrinth of cancer. Through this transformative platform, I'm dedicated to inspiring and guiding others to embrace their inner resilience, fostering a supportive community, amplifying voices, and expanding choices. As a dynamic advocate and speaker, I passionately champion resilience, empowerment, and community-building in the face of adversity.
Join me on a journey of empowerment at tryingnottodie.LIVE, where our focus is on transforming struggles into strengths and nurturing hope within the cancer community. We specialize in partnering with companies to aid in supporting individuals affected by cancer, whether they're personally navigating the disease or supporting a family member.
In addition to this important initiative, I am the founder of Wise Women Communications, LLC (WWC), an award-winning full-service public relations and marketing firm. Over the past decade, I've hosted The Business Power Hour™ podcast, nearing an impressive milestone of 950 episodes. Proudly based in Atlanta, Georgia, I am a member of the South Cobb Business Association, the Marietta Business Association, and the West Cobb Business Association. As a co-chapter leader for the Atlanta Chapter of the CU-Boulder Alumni Association and a member of CU’s College of Arts & Sciences Dean’s Executive Committee, I am committed to giving back to my alma mater. I hold an MBA degree with a marketing emphasis from the University of Colorado and an MS in communications management from Colorado State University.
